Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest: Official Rules

Purpose

The purpose of the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest is to engage Mosquito Magnet®’s Facebook Fans with a fun activity which rewards which rewards one participant who answers all questions correctly.

Who can enter?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age as of the starting date. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico to enter. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest, but only fans of the Mosquito Magnet® Facebook Fan Page are eligible to win the prize.

How to participate

1. Click “Like” and become a fan of Mosquito Magnet®!
2. Fill in the blanks of the story with the correct answers.
3. Check back on the Mosquito Magnet® Fan page to see who wins this month's Fill in the Blank Contest!
4. Keep an eye out for other fun contests from Mosquito Magnet®! 

Submission constitutes your agreement to the Contest Terms & Conditions below. Please read the Terms & Conditions below as they describe your rights to the submitted information, as well as ours.

Submission and Winning Restraints

Participants may submit an entry once per month and may win a maximum of 12 times per year.

Stages

Submission Phase: 07/01/2015 – 07/31/2015

During this phase, the contestants may take the Fill in the Blank quiz via the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest Facebook link.

Selection Phase & Winners Announcement: 07/31/2015 - 08/06/2015

During this phase, Mosquito Magnet® selects and announces the Winner of the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank based on a random drawing of those contestants with perfect scores, or those who answer every Fill in the Blank question correctly. In the event that no one receives a perfect score, the highest scores will be entered in the random drawing. A randomizer will also determine a tie breaker.

Contest Terms and Conditions

Please read the official rules and regulations below. By entering the Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules.

These are the Official Rules of the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest. The Contest aims to engage Mosquito Magnet® customers with a fun contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who is eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest, but only fans of the Mosquito Magnet® Facebook Fan Page are eligible to win the prize. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees and directors of Woodstream Corporation®, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, You agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and Your Submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.
THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Submit your Submission between July 1, 2015 at 11:00am EST and July 31, 2015 at 11:59pm EST. The Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest Winner will be announced no later than August 6, 2015.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest, You must You must fill in the blanks as outlined in the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest Facebook Tab. Your Submission must comply with the requirements set forth in Sections 3 and 4 below. The Entry is free for anyone to enter. To win the Contest, you must be a fan of Mosquito Magnet® by clicking “Like” in Mosquito Magnet®’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/mosquitomagnet). To enter the Contest, You also must accept these Terms and Conditions and Mosquito Magnet®’s Privacy Policy http://www.mosquitomagnet.com/customerservice/privacy-policy).

When you submit (upload) your submission online, the Submission will be viewable to Mosquito Magnet®’s employees and people involved in running the Contest. By submitting (uploading) your submission online, you are giving Mosquito Magnet® permission to use your name and submission answer on all digital properties. Once you have submitted your answer, the Submission form will not be returned to You. Submissions may be disqualified at any time for non-compliance with these Official Rules. Mosquito Magnet® makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and which Submissions will be considered for the prize. Mosquito Magnet® will not notify you of any disqualification or the reasons for such disqualification.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CONTEST EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE IS VOID.

4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to enter the Contest; (b) you have complied and will comply with these Official Rules in connection with your participation in the Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest; your Submission complies with all of the requirements of Section 3 and 4 above. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Mosquito Magnet® harmless from any losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third party action asserting a breach by you of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: $25 Amazon gift card

The Mosquito Magnet® Fill in the Blank Contest Winners can expect the prize to be E-mailed to them within two (2) weeks after the winner is notified.

If the prize is returned as undeliverable, if You reject Your prize or in the event of noncompliance with the Contest Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

6. RULES CHANGES

Mosquito Magnet® reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes).

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Mosquito Magnet® in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place exclusively in the United States of America.
